Any downsides? A couple of minor ones...the lot does not have a lot of extra useable ground. Being a ridgetop lot, the terrain past the pads drops fairly steeply. It could be fenced for grazing but that is about it. A neighbor at the beginning of the cul-de-sac road has a number of vehicles parked along the road...not a huge issue but a bit unsightly. The property is in the center of the Squaw Valley subdivisions, so commute time to the valley is about 45 minutes.

If you were looking for the opportunity to have a great homesite plus the ability to parcel off some land as an investment or to defray expenses, this is one of the few properties that can accommodate your needs. Or if you wanted multiple residences for additional family members or for rental without the usual county hoops to jump through, this property fits the bill.
