This is, without a doubt, one of the prettiest 5 acre parcels on the mountain. Located at the 3,000 foot elevation, this is a four season property with cooler summers and occasional winter snows. Downsides? The property has virtually no negative features. The location is at the eastern end of Squaw Valley making commute time to town a little longer...about 45-50 minutes. The winter snows can make it inconvenient at times. During a snowstorm, there can be times where you will need 4 wheel drive or chains. That's about it for negatives.
