The area around the home is nearly level with a gentle downslope to the well location where there is a second open meadow area. This is definitely a higher quality property with excellent useability. Also, the 2,900 foot elevation makes for cooler summers and you will get to enjoy the occasional winter snow.

As always, we try to point out any negative features. This property has very few. The property is about 6 miles from Hwy 180 via Ruth Hill Road. About a 2 mile section of Ruth Hill is pretty curvy, but the road is in excellent condition and is utilized by the school buses. Also, the occasional winter snow can create short term conditions where 4 wheel drive or chains may be required. Generally, this is a few hour condition and the upside is being treated to winter wonderland scenery.
