OK...the positives are unbelievable but what about the negatives. The drive in from Elwood Road and to the house is graveled not paved so will require routine maintenance. The home has fabulous landscaping but it needs to be maintained. The guest quarters were built to code but do not have a permit. Fences are all in but they need some work. That's about it for negatives.

This is an unbelievably nice place...very rural and ultra-private with amazing amenities but with an easy commute to town. The only question is if it's too rural for you. Only way to tell is to check it out.
