As always, we talk about any negative features. The property is on an elevated plateau area about 5 miles from the highway. About 2 miles of the road up to the property winds up a hill to the plateau. This section is is pretty curvy. It is in good shape and is traveled by the school buses. This is a beautiful property with a huge amount of landscaping. That means more maintenance so you will need to be prepared for the extra work involved. But, as you will see, the end product is well worth it. Finally, the 2,500 foot elevation does mean you will get a little winter snow from time to time. But, the elevation also means it is cooler in summer and well above the winter fog level.
