As always, I tell you about any negatives. Not much to say here. The elevation of 2,600 feet means you will get an occasional winter snow (4-6 inches is not uncommon) but it is usually gone in hours and that elevation also means you will have cooler temps in the summer. Location is about 6 miles from the highway with about 2 miles of winding road up the mountain, so commute time to the valley is a bit longer. Finally, there are no trees but that's an easy one. You can always plant trees.

Hands down, it doesn't get any better than this. It's a gorgeous property that is an unpainted canvas just waiting for your finishing touches.
