It's a terrific property. It has excellent, gentle terrain with a gorgeous view of the San Joaquin Valley. The sunsets are spectacular! How about the negatives? Very little to say here. This is a quality property in a quality location. Maybe the biggest problem will be to decide where you want the new residence to be. Of course, maybe all you need is a one bedroom mobile. In that case you're good to go.

There are lots of properties but there aren't lots of great properties. This is one of the great ones. It offers some real flexibility to a new owner, especially in these times when finding the right place can be exceedingly difficult. Come take a look. You won't be disappointed.
