Here there is a great area suitable for a homesite and other outbuildings. This spot is an amazing setting where it looks over the creek and has complete and total privacy from the neighbors. Here is a place of total serenity where the rest of the world ceases to exist, a place where you can escape the hectic pace of today's turbulent world. The creek is seasonal, it only flows in winter. But, it is very picturesque. AND, this is a good water area. Most of the wells in the immediate area exceed 15 gallons per minute. Power is available at the property line.

Negatives? Not many here. Location is about 7 miles from the highway, so commute time to the valley is a bit longer. But still well under an hour and the roads are fine. The creek area is overgrown but here is where you get to put in your own finishing touches and landscape it to your desire. The back of the property is a hillside, but still very adequate for grazing.

This is a great parcel. It has awesome privacy and the creek is a real positive. The seller will consider carrying paper with an acceptable down payment.
