This a very unique and lush property. A spring fed stream traverses through the front part of the lot. In 25 years, I have never seen this stream dry up, even in summer. Along the drive up to the home, you will see the dense coverage of native fig trees and wild grapes. You will also see a neat rock feature with Indian grinding holes, great evidence of the longevity of that spring fed creek. The Indian sites are always near good water. The well is an excellent 20gpm. With access to such good water, it's no wonder that the owners have created such a lush parklike setting around the home with a profuse variety of trees and plants. The natural serenity is just amazing. Most of the property is fenced for animals. The owners have set up a large chicken coop, use the land for grazing goats, and have a nice garden area. While it is hillside property, it is very walk-able.

How about any negatives? Location is about 8 miles from Hwy 180, so commute time to the valley is a bit longer. The carpets are okay but not terrific. Parking by the house is somewhat cramped but there is a lower level off of the drive that provides additional area to park. The interior photos aren't the greatest but you will love the natural rustic beauty of this home.

This a great property for someone wanting absolute privacy but needs a larger home with lots of living space. You will love the serenity of its natural and lush setting. This property truly lets you feel like you have stepped into your own private world.
