But, more and more of these have been selling out to new buyers who want them because they are already developed. They remove the mobile and all of the "treasures" and end up with a ready to build lot. Nice thought for the future but a negative now.

Bottom line...here's an excellent opportunity to get an exceptionally nice property at a great price. You can wait for power or go solar. Either way, this really is worth a look see.
