How about the negatives? Well, I don't see any, but I'm mountain born and bred. This an off grid property. Bringing in electrical service would be hugely expensive, so it's solar or generator. The cabin and well are in and very functional but this is forest wilderness and the area needs a lot of cleanup. This is an area that gets quite a bit of snow, so winter access at times will be limited to 4 wheel drive or even snowmobile.

This property is as rare as it gets, a primitive paradise of absolute privacy and total seclusion from the world. It just doesn't get any better than that. The seller will consider carrying paper for a qualified buyer with at least 1/2 down. Showings are by appointment only.
