It also has excellent privacy and some terrific views of the valley.

Any negatives? Not really. The home is in nice condition but the living room has a painted concrete floor and you might want a different flooring option. Elevation is at about 2,200 feet, so you can expect some occasional winter snow, but rarely more than 4-6 inches.

This really is an attractive property. It has great privacy. The home is located in the front third of the property and, for someone wanting an additional residence, there is a great site in the back of the property for a second home that would have a great western view overlooking the entire valley. The combination of massive and unique rock formations, the variety of mature trees, and the overall functionality of this property is truly picturesque. The property has a recent independent appraisal at the asking price.
